of our stock is locally sourced from South
Australia, primarily the Mid and Lower North,
Barossa Valley and Yorke Peninsula areas. We
source only the best and healthiest animals from
the best producers, starting the process off in
the best possible way.
Our
new, recently upgraded facilities make us
one of the only businesses in South Australia to
provide all aspects of fresh meat production
and distribution, including abattoir and
processing facilities, livestock trading, skin
and hide processing, cropping and hay production
and refrigerated transport.
This enables us to
eliminate extra charges from middlemen that
other businesses have to pay for these services,
so we can offer the best quality meat at
producer direct prices.

means that we have full control of the production
process
from start to finish, ensuring the highest
quality product for the customer.
